Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-encompassing mail management tool, which will give you full authority over your e-mailboxes and electronic mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new e-mail box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. What's more, you can forward electronic mails from one e-mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, create autoresponders and guard your email boxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesired emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for filtrating your incoming e-mails based on certain criteria set by you. Setting up mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will go into effect instantaneously. You can quickly create a mail filter for any of your email box accounts and edit the email filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming emails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to a number of other mailboxes. Simply choose the email box account you want to redirect electronic mails from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mail accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the email box you want to set up on your PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new email mailbox account will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager user interface, working with multiple e-mail accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also enable you to easily create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
